Motherhood is a pathway of the heart, body and soul. To birth and raise a child in today’s world may be one of the greatest initiations. I believe that birth is the most sacred of the rites of passages but the journey first begins with the pregnancy and all the joys and challenges that it comes with.

These healing codes are for anyone on the transformational journey of creation – of birthing a baby, a family and one’s self, allowing us to connect with the wisdom of nature and our inner knowing.
