In this lesson, you will be learning how to play the basic structure of the song which includes the ngoni introduction, basic rhythm and a couple of variations. I will also be sharing the translation of the song and how to sing it while playing the Kamele Ngoni. Once you’ve learned and mastered the basics, there is so much space in the song for improvisation.
This mantra is perfect to bring to singing circles, musical jams or to offer in ceremonies.
This is a beginner’s lesson and it is played on a 12 string Kamele ngoni. (Easily adaptable to 14 strings Ngoni / Requires little tweaks for 10 strings Ngoni)
