A traditional Kamele Ngoni with stand

To begin, you will get your own Ngoni. Devoted to preserving the essence of
Kamele Ngoni music and craft, we collaborate with artisans and farmers from West
Africa, particularly Ghana. You will receive your 12-stringed Kamele Ngoni and a
stand to keep it safe and beautifully standing in your home. Each Ngoni is a labour
of love, made by hands and hearts with locally grown calabash, goatskin, mazonia
wood and bamboo. The strings are of high quality- a mix of fluorocarbon and
monofilament nylon, ensuring exceptional durability and exquisite tonality.

‘Ngoni Care’ pre-recorded course

In this course, you learn everything you need to know to care for your Ngoni: How to change the strings and get the right ones; how to clean, tune, and pack your instrument for travels; how to put the bridge up and down and create your own string systems- essential skills for your companionship with the Ngoni.

‘Timeless Harmonies’ Ngoni World Scales eBook

Timeless Harmonies is a digital book with over 35 scales from all around the
world. A decade of deep research, world travel, and musical exploration wrapped
up into one book, which holds over 60 pages, 35 scales, tips and guidelines, and
heartfelt audio recordings of all the scales included. This book will give you
endless possibilities to explore and connect with the Kamele N’goni and your
soulful self.

African Mantra ‘Dayele y Dusukun’ pre-recorded course

In this session, you will learn how to play a beautiful West African mantra that reminds us to connect to our hearts and remember our roots. I will also share the translation of the song and how to sing it while playing the Kamele N’goni. Once you’ve learned and mastered the basics, there is so much space in the song for improvisation and it makes a beautiful contribution to a singing circle or musical jam. Included is a 10-page workbook template.

Two 1-1 Ngoni Mentorship Sessions

Last but not least, the bundle includes two one-to-one sessions. Each session is an hour long and held through Zoom, and will support you in gaining confidence and connecting with the Ngoni with more creative freedom and technical knowledge. At the end of each session, you will receive a backing loop track and music sheet for the studied rhythm as well as a video replay. Together we craft the direction of our calls, with your desires in mind. These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to explore what your heart desires, whether it be traditional African rhythms, sound healing compositions, chanting, improvisations, polyrhythms, or something else.

Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins building your custom Kamele Ngoni. This process takes 2 to 4 weeks to ensure every detail is perfect.

2. Shipping Your Instrument

After completion, your Ngoni is packaged and shipped to your doorstep. This takes an additional 2 weeks, depending on your location.
